Dr. Maria Valdez is such an incredible jewel of a doctor. Warm, empathetic, down to earth, caring, I can't say enough good things. I really appreciate all the time and patience she's given me going through a difficult time processing a lot of trauma/depression/anxiety with my therapist. I will say as a therapist myself if you need a therapist for. trauma their staff isn't set up for that, but can listen and be caring if you are in crisis. Overall this is the best experience I've had with a psychiatrist ever. She warms my heart and makes me feel better that I have her on my team of support professionals. No one likes to admit or even take something to help with mental illness cuz we all wanna believe it's not that bad, or we just need to toughen up. But sometimes it's too much and during these times she really is there to make it better

Michelle Perez is amazing. She is the first psychiatrist I have seen that will hold an actual conversation with me rather than push a prescription at me and send me on my way. She genuinely wants to know how you are doing and not just in relation to the meds she prescribes you. She is excellent and the reason I give this place 5 stars.
I love Barbara! She’s so nice, caring, and understanding! I never wait long when I check in for my appointments and she has been really great at making sure my medication is working for me. I would recommend her to anyone.
